About A Place in the Sun

A Place in the Sun.tv was established in 2003 to sell property in Spain. Since then we have sold hundreds of properties in Spain on behalf of private clients, developers and our own developments too.

In 2007 A Place in the Sun became an overseas property developer and we have completed sales of over £6 million on our own building developments on the Costa Blanca in Spain.

With the great boom in overseas property ownership there are now hundreds of thousands of British people who own property in Spain. Today most overseas property sales to British clients are no longer new or off plan properties, the market is now mainly in re sale properties.

This is why A Place in the Sun have now launched this new web site which features properties for sale in Spain mainly on the Southern Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida.

We are fully focused on the re sale market and bringing together buyers, sellers and property renters.
