How to list your property for sale or rental.

List your property free (no photo) or take a premium listing with up to 24 photographs.

Our new service is unique for our clients. You can now list your own property for sale or rental on our new website and receive enquiries from prospective purchasers/renters. This is like many other property web sites such as right move overseas, kyero and property abroad etc, but our service for property sellers is unique. Once you have entered your property for sale we will do a full review of the property and compare your asking price to other similar properties in the area. We will then come back to you and discuss your property to see if we can help you to sell it with a full commission only no sale no fee service.

To list your overseas property for sale or rental on A Place in the Sun.tv you will need to create a user account first. At the top left hand side of the home page you will see a 'register your property' button. Click the link and complete the joining process.

Once you have registered as a member you can then choose which type of property listing you would like. We have 3 listing types, the first is a free listing without a photograph, the next is a premium listing, this listing is a full feature listing with up to 24 photographs. The third option is for a featured listing, this also allows you to add up to 24 photographs but also your property will appear in rotation in the 'featured properties' section on the front page of the web site as well as in the search results.

Prices for paid listings : We have cut our listing fee in half to launch our new site.

About A Place in the Sun

A Place in the Sun.tv was established in 2003 to sell overseas property. Since then have sold hundreds of properties on behalf of private clients, developers and our own developments too.

In 2007 we became an overseas property developer in and we have completed sales of over £6 million on our own building developments alone.

This is why we have now launched our new web site which allows private owners to list their property for sale or for rental and also allows property purchasers to register their requirements with us.
